How to remove what StrandScribe holds about you.
Delete one brief
Open the brief in your inbox and choose Delete brief. The brief, its sources, and its drafts are removed from your account.
Delete your account
Sign in, open Profile from the menu, and choose Delete my account. You are asked to confirm, and you are signed out everywhere. This cannot be undone.
If you cannot sign in
Write to hi@strandscribe.com from the email address of the account and ask for deletion. We act on it and confirm when it is done.
What is not removed
Articles you already posted to your own platforms stay there until you remove them on that platform. Limited records may be kept where the law or security requires it.
The waiting list
To be taken off the waiting list, write to hi@strandscribe.com.
